Returns and claims
We try our best to meet your requirements as soon as possible. If you return the item we will give you a refund within 30 days of receiving a returned item at latest. We try to resolve complaints about faulty goods as soon as possible, no later than 30 days of their receipt. You can read a summary of the return and claim procedure below. Item returns (withdrawal from the purchase agreement)
You may return the footwear within 30 days of its receipt without giving any reason. The item must be
- tried only on a clean floor or carpet (not in the exterior),
- accompanied by a return form, a proof of purchase,
- returned in the original packaging,
- returned with all the original labels and tags.
Complaints about faulty goods
Make a complaint about the faulty item as soon as you find out that the item is faulty, later complaints will not be accepted. The item has to be properly cleaned and dry. In case of failure to meet these conditions, your complaint will not be accepted. Checking whether your complaint is justified and its processing will take up to a maximum of 30 days after the receipt of faulty goods. If we fail to do so, we will give you a refund.
We do not exchange items. If the size is not right, please send the Shapen barefoot shoes back to us and we will give you a refund so you can create a new order in our online shop.
- Please note that we do not accept any returns outside the EU.

- Do not send the item as a mail order, we reserve the right to refuse such delivery.
- If we find out that the returned item do not comply with the requirements set out in our General Commercial Terms and Conditions (e. g. the item must be unused, in the original packaging, with the original tags), we cannot accept it and it will be sent back to you at your expenses as a used item.

- Please note: When sending your parcel from outside of Slovakia you will have to cover return costs yourself. You can return your parcel using any postal service. We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund your money. Please keep your tracking number in order to be able to track your return.
