Why shop online
Because it is easy to shop from the comfort of your home. Instead of spending hours shopping you can be with your family and loved ones or do whatever makes you happy. We will do our best to ship the Shapen shoes to you within 48 hours (for shipments in Slovakia and Czech Republic) after the payment has been credited to our account. We ship parcels during the working days only. If the payment is credited late on Friday, during holidays or weekends, we will ship your parcel the next working day. If our Shapen shoes do not fit you, you can return them within 14 days.
How to make a purchase
Online shopping is very easy and intuitive. We have prepared a simple guide to make online shopping easy for you and to help you to avoid any problems. The prices indicated on the items are final and they will not be raised during the purchase.
- Check out our offer and choose the product you desire. Each product has its detailed specification, material composition and size chart that will guide you to choose the right size.
- Place the item in the basket. Also in this step, the e-shop will offer you our recommended accessories or other goods that you may have overlooked.
- If you are ready to go to the shopping cart and finalize the order, click Go to cart. If you want to do more shopping, click Continue shopping or click on the X in the upper right corner of the information window.
- When you are all done shopping, check the contents of the shopping cart and make any necessary adjustments (adjust the quantity or discard an unwanted product from the basket).
- After checking and editing, click on Continue with the order.
- Select your country of delivery, preferred delivery method and payment method. If you have items in your cart that are not currently in stock, we will let you know about it. The delivery time for these goods can be up to 30 days.
- Once you have finished selecting the delivery and payment option, click Continue with the order .
- You can order with or without registering. Registration immediately offers several advantages: you will have a comprehensive overview of all orders, delivery and invoicing data will be updated automatically for further orders. You can use the function List of watched products. If something is not in stock, you can save the dream product and as soon as we re-stock it, we will notify you by e-mail. Last but not least, registered users will enjoy various advantages in the form of interesting promotional offers :-).
- In the final step, just confirm the order.
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with all necessary order information.
- Upon crediting of payment to our account and processing, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order, its processing and shipping. If the order cannot be delivered for any reason, we will contact you immediately by phone or e-mail.

Payments
In our e-shop, you can conveniently buy and pay without a fee via the secure payment gateway GoPay by payment card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro), online transfer through the internet banking of individual banks or Google Pay. Payment by card is reliable, meets the highest security standards and all transmitted information is encrypted. Security is based on 3D Secure standards.

Shipping insurance
It is up to you what type of transport you choose. But I want to warn you that not all shipments are insured and in case of loss of the consignment, we do not bear that liability.
- Shipments sent via the consignment office Zásielkovňa are automatically insured up to EUR 700 .
- Shipments sent via the courier company GLS are automatically insured up to EUR 331.94.
- Shipments sent via Slovak Post, as a 2nd class letter, are uninsured.
Returning goods
You can return improperly selected shoes without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be: unused, undamaged, tested only on a clean floor or carpet (not outdoors), with the return form and receipt , in the complete original packaging, with all the original tags and stickers. All return details can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
Claims on goods
Claim the goods immediately after discovering the defect, later claims will not be acknowledged. The goods must be properly cleaned and dry. Failure to comply with these conditions means the goods will not be accepted in the claim procedure. Assessment of legitimacy The claim and its resolution takes a maximum of 30 calendar days after acceptance of the goods for the claim procedure. If this does not happen, we will refund the money.
