General Terms and Conditions of the SHAPEN Loyalty Program

Article I.

The operator of the SHAPEN Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Program") is SHAPEN s.r.o. having its registered office at Kamenná 3851/10, 841 10 Bratislava, Company ID: 51 740 907, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 128808/B (the “ (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

The Loyalty Program is intended for customers of the Operator who, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program, have become members and wish to benefit from the advantages defined by the current rules and settings of the Loyalty Program.

Article II.

Membership in the Loyalty Program is free of charge. A customer becomes a member by registering online at www.shapenbarefoot.com and providing a valid email address to which they have full access. By correctly completing and submitting the registration form, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program. Membership is non-transferable and is used to authorize a specific customer to redeem their discounts and other potential benefits. Only natural persons are eligible for membership in the Loyalty Program.

Each member is entitled to use their assigned benefits by logging into their customer account, which serves as full authorization. Each identified purchase is automatically credited to the customer's account in the form of loaylty points.

For every qualifying purchase, the member receives loyalty points equal to 5% of the purchase value in the online store. These are credited to the customer account as loaylty points, which can be used as a discount on a future order or saved for later.

Example: For a purchase worth 149 EUR, the member will receive 7.45 points, representing 5% of the purchase. Collected loyalty points may be used as a discount on the next order at a conversion rate of 1 point = 1 euro.

The current loyalty points balance is visible in the customer account under the Loyalty Program section after logging in.

The following rules apply for redeeming loyalty points:

  • loyalty points may be used for 180 days from the date they are credited 
  • loyalty points may be used for up to 50% of the total order value
  • loyalty points are credited 35 days after the order is dispatched
  • if the member withdraws from the contract in accordance with the general terms and conditions published on www.shapenbarefoot.com, the loyalty points will not be credited
  • to redeem points, the member must select the field "Save with the Loyalty Program" during checkout.
  • if the member does not redeem the discount within the validity period or makes a purchase without being logged in, the discount cannot be granted or redeemed retrospectively.
  • in the event that a member of the loyalty program withdraws from a contract regarding goods purchased using loyalty points in accordance with the general terms and conditions published on the website www.shapenbarefoot.com/en/general-terms-and-conditions the loyalty points used to purchase such goods will be returned to the customer account 35 days after the goods are returned to the operator.

The member acknowledges and agrees that the Loyalty Program may be changed at the discretion of the Operator. Any changes to the collection or redemption of loyalty points will be published on the website www.shapenbarefoot.com.

The member is responsible for protecting their account from unauthorized use or theft. They must ensure that their account is not accessed by unauthorized individuals. Any such misuse must be reported to the Operator without undue delay. Upon notification, the Operator will block the account.

The member may request a new account with the possibility to transfer loyalty points. A member may terminate their membership at any time by sending a written request to cancel their Loyalty Program registration to the Operator’s contact email.

The Operator reserves the right to deactivate a customer account in the following cases:

  • the account has been misused or identified as a duplicate;
  • the member misuses any benefits granted under the Loyalty Program;
  • the member violates these terms in any manner.

The Operator reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the operation of the Loyalty Program, including its suspension, shortening, premature termination, cancellation, or modification of its rules. The Operator shall also make final decisions on any complaints or objections raised by members of the Loyalty Program.

Article III.

Personal data of customers participating in the Loyalty Program is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. Detailed information on data processing, including the rights of data subjects, is provided in the Privacy Policy section available on the Operator’s website at www.shapenbarefoot.com. The member confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and acknowledge the scope and method of processing their personal data.

Article IV.

The Operator reserves the right to modify and supplement these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the members.

These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and effect on 1. November 2024.

The Loyalty Program is valid from 1. November 2024 for an indefinite period.
