We have strengthened our customer support so that we can respond faster and better to your questions, suggestions, praise and criticism. Your satisfaction is our driving force and we are also proud of the 99.6% rating of our support from the customers themselves.

The numbers never lie. And now they even confirm that we are on the right track. You only sought product exchanges in 2023 on 19% of your orders. And we have been able to keep claims at a minimum for a long time. This year, it was only 0.8% of all pairs sold, which confirms the high quality of our shoes.
