The year 2024 was a time of growth, innovation and new beginnings for SHAPEN. Every step we took moved us closer to our vision - to bring comfort, health and style to people through barefoot footwear. Come join us for a look at our accomplishments and what the future holds.

Year 2024 recap: SHAPEN steps to a better self

1. Modernising for the digital age

We are proud to launch our new e-shop, which is even clearer, more user-friendly and ready to serve customers from all over the world. This move has allowed us to get closer to you, wherever you are.

2. New places, new opportunities

One of the most significant milestones this year was the opening of our new store in the EUROVEA shopping centre in Bratislava. This beautiful space is not just a store - it's a place where our customers can experience the barefoot philosophy for themselves, try models live and meet with experts who can help them find the best fit.

3. Innovation for your convenience

We're constantly striving to improve. This year, we developed new sets of soles for winter footwear for both adults and children. These soles not only provide better insulation, but also better traction and resistance to winter conditions, ensuring comfort and safety every step of the way.

4. Variety of collections

This year we launched two major collections for adults. Each featured 7+ models, and in total we introduced 65+ color variations and upgrades. In addition, we proudly expanded our range to include a children's collection with 6 models available in 17 colours. This collection has been developed with the needs of children's feet in mind to ensure their proper development.

5. SHAPEN in the world

Our barefoot footwear is winning hearts all over the world. In 2024, we have already delivered our products to 75 countries and expanded our partner network to over 200 B2B collaborators.

6. A community that is growing

Our Instagram community has grown by a whopping 50,000 new followers. This growth is proof to us that our products and philosophy resonate with people looking for comfort and style without compromise.

7. Perfect customer service

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. This year we have achieved:

  • 18% return rate, reflecting that most customers are satisfied with the product the first time.
  • Complaints are at only 0.8%, which shows the high quality of our footwear.
  • Satisfaction with customer service for returns is at 99.3% - thank you for valuing our work!

And what's in store for us in 2025?

The year 2025 will be full of more challenges and opportunities. We are already working on new collections, enhancements and expanding our global network. Our goal is to make you feel even better in our footwear and to bring you joy with every step.
