Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion “Barefoot Halloween”

Art. I. Introductory Provisions 1. These Terms and Conditions of the “Barefoot Halloween” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Discount Promotion”) define the scope of the Discount Promotion, its promotion, rules of use, the procedure for claims and returns of goods, as well as the rights and obligations of persons participating in the Discount Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Terms and Conditions”). 2. The organizer of the event is SHAPEN s.r.o., having its registered office at Pribinova 34, 811 09 Bratislava - Staré Mesto, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 517 409 07, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Bratislava III, section Sro, file no. 128808/B. The organizer can be contacted via email at [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “SHAPEN”). 3. The Discount Promotion is held through the Organizer in its online store, which is available at the following website address: www.shapenbarefoot.com, (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”). 4. Customers who meet the specified terms and conditions can participate in the Discount Promotion. After meeting these Terms and Conditions, they become participants in the Discount Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

Art. II. Subject of the Discount Promotion and Conditions for its Use 1. The subject of the Discount Promotion is to provide Participants with the opportunity to take advantage of a 20% discount on the purchase price for the product under the stipulations set out in these Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject of the Discount Promotion”). 2. The Discount Promotion is valid from October 29, 2025 to November 07, 2025, and applies to purchases made in the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”). 3. The Discount Promotion applies exclusively to goods marked with the image of a pumpkin in the Online Store. The Participant is entitled to a discount of 20% on the purchase price for any product marked with the image of a pumpkin, but only on the condition that when adding this product to the cart in the Online Store, they enter the promotion code HALLOWEEN20 in the designated box. 4. The Discount Promotion is valid exclusively when purchasing in the Online Store, and the discount is automatically applied when completing the order, provided that the condition of entering the promotion code HALLOWEEN20 is met. 5. The Discount Promotion does not include (does not reduce) the costs of delivering products purchased in the Online Store, and the Participant bears the full amount of these costs. 6. The Participant has the right, but not the obligation, to use the Discount Promotion when making purchases in the Online Store. However, SHAPEN reserves the right to introduce an automatic mechanism for applying the discount in favor of the Participant. 7. Over the Duration of the Discount Promotion, each Participant may use the Discount Promotion repeatedly, provided that they meet its terms and conditions with each purchase. 8. The Discount Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, sales events, promotional campaigns, or special price or product discounts of the Organizer, unless the terms and conditions of such promotion or products are different.

Art. III. Return of Goods and Claims 1. All claims related to the Discount Promotion are governed by the terms and conditions stated in the Online Store at: https://www.shapenbarefoot.com/en/returns-and-claims

Art. IV. Final Provisions 1. These Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion are publicly available at the following URL: https://www.shapenbarefoot.com/en/terms-and-conditions-of-the-discount-promotion-barefoot-halloween 2. By participating in the Discount Promotion, the Participant accepts the rules and conditions of the Discount Promotion and agrees to them without reservation. 3. The Discount Promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on games of chance and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended, nor a consumer competition, but rather a marketing campaign - a promotion of the Organizer. 4. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally extend, cancel or change the Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion at any time, bound by no obligation to provide a reason. Any changes, extensions or cancellations of the Discount Promotion will be announced via the Online Store no later than two days before they come into effect. 5. The Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion contained herein will be communicated in an abbreviated version in the Organizer's marketing and promotional materials. Regardless of this form of promotion, these Terms and Conditions constitute the sole, complete and binding document within the scope of the Discount Promotion. 6. The Participant in this Discount Promotion cannot claim any benefit other than the one that is the Subject of the Discount Promotion. The entitlement to a benefit is not a legal claim, therefore recovery of the benefit through legal proceedings is excluded. The benefit cannot be fulfilled alternatively or claimed in the form of financial compensation. 7. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions of the Discount Promotion are invalid or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions of the terms and conditions of the Discount Promotion remain unaffected. The invalid provisions will be replaced by such appropriate provisions that most closely match the meaning of the original invalid provisions. 8. The processor of personal data of the Participants of the Discount Promotion is the company SHAPEN s.r.o.
